Industrial Engineer
Job Overview
One of the European leaders in polyurethane, liquid applied waterproofing products and cold curing polyurethane resins for Construction and Industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production and troubleshoot process issues
- Lead improvement projects and equipment upgrades
- Apply Lean and TQM tools to optimize workflows and reduce waste
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality Control, R&D, and EHS/WCM
- Monitor KPIs and report performance trends
Requirements
- BSc in Mechanical, Production or Industrial Engineering
- 3–5 years’ experience in industrial manufacturing
- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in Lean, Total Quality Management, and project execution
- Familiarity with ERP/MMS systems and industrial equipment
